Flies are disgusting and highly irritating. There is hardly anything as off-putting as flies ruining a lovely dinner with guests - especially outside during the lovely summer evenings. Luckily, there is a solution waiting for you – iCathi Flytrap will take care of these critters.
How it works
The iCatchi Flytrap can be hung outside or placed on the ground. It contains a bait solution that attracts the flies. The flies then enter the trap and get stuck inside. With time the flies dry out and you simply dispose of the dried-out flies and clean out the chamber where the dead flies are stuck. The Flytrap is then ready to trap more flies.
Three designs
The iCatchy Flytrap is available in three designs: 250mℓ,1ℓ, and 10ℓ - depending on what your needs are. All three are lightweight with unique designs and green in colour. You can hang any of the three models outside or you can place them directly on the ground.
The smaller Flytrap is ideal for household use, measures 23 x 15 x 15cm and weighs 500g.
The medium Flytrap is ideal where there are more flies and only needs to be cleaned every four to six weeks. The medium Flytrap is green and black in colour, measures 30 x 17 x 17cm and weighs 600g.
The largest of the three designs is ideal for commercial use, like chicken farms, where there are considerably more flies to get rid of. This massive Flytrap is green and black, measures 5 x 26 x 26cm and weighs 1kg.
Bait
To ensure that the flies are attracted to the Flytrap and dry out quickly and efficiently without breeding again, iCatchi has a specially designed bait. The bait is simply mixed with water and is non-toxic and pesticide-free. This means that once the flies are dried out, the dead flies can be returned to the environment, like in fishponds as feed for fish.
The bait kit contains a one-litre mixing bottle, five 45g sachets of fly bait, and plastic gloves.
